Sounds like the all too common lifter sticking. My M62 sounded like that until I got it on the highway and higher oil pressure moved the stuck lifter.

Hi I have a W163 Ml 270 2000 model which continues to get into limp mode on journeys here in Cyprus When I clean Maf sensor and the other two sensors it runs good then again same problems It smokes alot in limp mode , no acceleration over 3000 rpm and black smoke Can I fit this to eliminate my EGR ? How much is it in Euro And do you still have in stock as I see this video abit old

My egr was slightly blocked cleaned it now works great. But the egr cooler I wasn able to clean it the shape is odd and can't get any small brush in. Will go egr delete in summer 2022 And dpf delete kit. Then remap. It will be better for the car, but shit for the environment lol. Plus Ilmy daily drive is motorways.

i bought this item (80C) at 95,000 miles. im in florida so its hot. the whole cooling system lasts longer, especially radiator . 2nd radiator (1st after upgrade ) is still perfect. first radiator i put in was leaking after 5-6.000miles. also helps the timing guides last. just replaced the valve cover gaskets at 140,000 miles. valvetrain is spotless. frequent oil changes -every 5,000 miles. upgrade only possible on non vanos engine. Honestly, the upgraded M62 TU engine isnt worth all the possible issues for 10 hp and 10-15 lb/ft of torque. This mod Is worth every dollar. Still having to replace water pump every 30.000miles though. tu

Ahoj, pořád nedokážu pochopit, proč se tam dává ten 3 vrstvý CNC adaptér, když přeci 85C termostat drží v M60 obalu z výroby normálně(pro motor M60B40). Úplně stejně vypadá a funguje termostat z 840i, byť to je dražší varianta, než ten M60 termostat. Rád by si ten kit objednal, jenom potřebuji pochopit, jak to teda funguje. Můžeš mi to prosím lépe vysvětlit? Taky bych to chtěl obsazovat na M62B44, čili bez vanos.

It would help in any video if you actually stated the year of the car in the heading so that we don't waste our time trying to GUESS what model you are working on? The delete kit is very different for an F30 series, so this was yet another waste of my time.

Hi, there is a knocking sound in your engine. My OM648 also has it. I was afraid its some mechanical knock. Did you face any issues? The sound im referring to is the clack clack clack of the engine tone itself. I have heard many engines they dont have this rhythm to them. Im not talking about injector clatter. Hope you get what Im ref to.
